Harry and Chloe at Ellis Leisure were a pleasure to work with. We hired a bouncy castle and soft play from them for a birthday. They were professional, friendly, prompt at responding back and always available on the phone to ask any questions. On the day they were on time, efficient at setting up and flexible with how it was setup and Ben who was staffed there for the day was absolutely lovely. Thank you so, so much for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Ellis Leisure Bouncy Castles, have been hiring inflatables for a number of years, 100% reliable, friendly service and excellent quality and choice of inflatables. Just wouldn't go anywhere else.

Amazing service!
Had the soft play equipment for a 1 year olds birthday party! It was a massive hit!
Kids from 1-4 ages loved it!!
All the soft play was clean and safe!

Cannot recommend enough! Had the white climbing frame and Soft play for our daughter’s 1st birthday! Delivery and set up was so easy and quick. Wow what can I say about Ellis Leisure… we booked them for our Inflatables day during school hours and our School Fete and from start to finish they have been incredible. Chloe who organised everything for us was just fantastic, she went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. She made organising our fete easy and comes back to you straight away with answers. Just fantastic. Harry and all the team are so professional, truly a great experience booking our fete with them. They had one/two members of staff on each inflatable, it felt so safe and the children had the best couple of days.

I used Ellis Leisure when organising a large party day event at a school.

From my first phone call to the day of the event they were fantastic. The communication, efficiency, reliability and respectfulness was excellent.
Harry came and visited the site well in advance of the event and his advice, attention to detail and care was both professional and extremely helpful and Chloe has been so efficient and kind throughout.
We had a large selection of inflatables and games and the children had a wonderful day.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Ellis Leisure and hope to be able to use their services again for future events.

hired an adult bouncy castle for my daughters 21st birthday, fantastic castle, very clean. Harry and his 2 colleagues had the castle set up in no time at all. I would recommend Ellis Leisure for your party hire due to their reliability, friendliness and the fact that you are kept informed which avoids added stress on the "big day".. Took my 6 and 12 year old to the inflatable fun day at Deanes in half term and both enjoyed it thoroughly. Really well laid out and a great little magic show as well and balloon making was very clever!!!

the team contacted me the night before our booking and also in the morning updating me where they are. they were extremely friendly and quickly set up on time. the children absolutely loved the mega slide we hired. I feel that the Ellis team definitely responded to me at all times as I had quite few questions during booking and until we had it delivered. many thanks Jasmin and the 2 lads whose name I didn't get! It was my Son’s 3rd Birthday and originally I had a party booked for the 23rd - the weather was awful. Communication was brilliant and without any questions asked a redelivery for another weekend was organised.
I was able to hold the party on Sunday 30th and the castle was in excellent condition and all the children really enjoyed themselves.

We have used Ellis Leisure now for the last 4 years, and have never been disappointed in them. The servic is 1st class and all staff members are helpful and polite o feel a bit for Harry with all the lifting and that but he does a brilliant and professional job, other companies may be cheaper but don't let that sway you as Ellis are worth the extra money for the professionalism and brilliant customer service can't recommend them more highly than that!!!!' I don't often write reviews, but as harry helped me out at short notice I wanted to share my view on Ellis leisure & how I found them to be the best priced soft play package, which I was able to hire overnight without having to have a time allowance. The ball pool was a must for my daughter's 1st birthday, who had children of different ages coming to an open house all day.
